Free emergency contact card printable with two copies for backpack and home.

About this printable
Emergency contact cards are boring until they are not. This page prints two: backpack and home or sitter, with child name, two grown-up numbers, doctor, and allergies. Fill in ink. Fold. Put one in the zipper pocket you can open with one hand. The other goes on the fridge or in a sitter folder. Update when the number changes, which is more often than we admit. If a kid phone is the backup contact method, lock the same numbers on a card inside a tough case from phonecasesforkids.com and use PICKIT15 if you are buying that case for the first bus ride. Original layout, no cute clip art that hides the phone number. Schools still ask for paper. This is that paper.
