This ruler coloring page printable is made for ages 4-8. A long ruler shows tick marks along the top edge and a smile across the middle. Measuring tools look less mysterious after a kid has colored the ticks. Cardstock makes markers happier and keeps crayon pressure from punching through to the table. Coloring should last ten to twenty minutes. If they finish faster, print a second theme. The body one color, ticks darker. They can count ticks if they still have focus. If two kids share, print two copies instead of splitting one truck down the middle. Measure a toy on the table after. The ruler on paper taught the idea.
