This hedgehog coloring page printable is made for ages 4-8. A hedgehog oval wears simple spike lines, a round snout, and two small feet. Spikes are drawn soft on purpose so nobody thinks this is a scary animal. Place the paper on a clipboard or magazine so marker tips do not dent a soft tablecloth. Older kids may add a background. Keep it simple: sky band, ground band, maybe a sun. Spike lines can be darker than the body; keep the face pale and smiley. This sheet is original line art, not a licensed character, so you can print freely at home. They can count spikes if they need one more minute of calm.
